What To Do About My Mom And 2 Week Old?

I just had my first baby who is now 2 weeks old. My mom came to visit/help 2 days after I brought him home and will be here another week or more. I’m tired and trying to breastfeed as much as I can, keep my husband happy, and entertain my mom. I don’t know if it’s postpartum depression or what, but my mom is hurting more than helping. She and my husband have been expecting me to wait on them and the baby, and since my mom isn’t from California, she wants to get out every day to shop, sight-see, whatever, and I’m honestly worn out. My baby gets fussy when I hold him, won’t latch on well, my breasts don’t seem to be producing enough milk (I had to use formula the past few days to keep up with his demands and to get out of the house). I’m going crazy. I just want to be alone with my baby boy and concentrate on him and our breastfeeding, but it’s impossible. I can’t sleep at night or during the day. My husband and mom won’t help. On top of it all, I’m doing all the cooking, cleaning, laundry, dishes, and pumping to stock up on milk. I’m about to lose my mind! Please help me!!!
