Ethan and Sophie both had it. Sophie was diagnosed at 2 weeks and was medicated(the medication made a world of difference for her pain). Ella is 1 week old and I’ve noticed the last few days that the only time she really cries is at night when I lay her down in the bassinet. She’s pretty much elevated throughout the day. We’ve had no problems with breastfeeding. She is making gagging noises and funny faces like Sophie did when milk would come back up her throat.
I’m wondering if there was something that worked for you? I’d rather not medicate her since she seems to be doing much better with it then Sophie did(like I said, it was OBVIOUS Sophie was in pain ALL DAY LONG). Ella seems to only be bothered at night. I elevated the bassinet a bit last night, but don’t think it was really enough of an incline.
Can you recommend any natural remedies? Thanks!
