19 Hr Car Ride With 6 Week Old Baby. Help?

My husband and I are a military couple and are going home for the holidays. We have a 6 week old son and home is 19 hrs away (so most likely it will take 21-22 hrs with changes and other little stops). We are driving straight through because we are splitting the driving into 5 hr shifts. Our son sleeps really well in the car, and since I am a breastfeeding mother I have pumped enough milk to make the entire trip, however I will be pumping every couple hrs the whole ride there so I don’t expect to use all the frozen milk. We have a cooler to keep breast milk cold and our drinks as well. plenty of plush and noise making toys for his seat. I’m nervous about bottle feeding him in his seat and not being able to burp him. Obviously we can stop, but some of the roads are sketchy at night and could be snowy, so I’m unsure how to handle it if we are in a position that it would be unsafe to stop. He is also very use to being held a lot during the day so I’m nervous that even though he enjoys car rides he may get very restless without being cuddled.. Looking for any help I can get.
Anybody have any tips for the ride?
