Brown Period The Whole Week?

Hello a week ago I started my period with brown, which is fairly normal for me since I have that before I get red. Well, it was brown my whole time with a little bit of red here and there.
I’ve never had sex. The only thing I’ve done was dry hump, with clothes on (and there was no climax) and that was a week ago. Before my period, I have been stressing terribly with finals and while baby sitting my baby cousin, he would slam his body on my stomach, incredibly close to where my uterus is. I haven’t been eating well since the changed enviorment from College to Home. I’m scared I might have some disease. Please help
